Automatic Sheets

Hello, I am looking at automating my spreadsheet that I have enclosed.

Basically in the Main tab, I have a list of everyone, their team name, and the points they have earned over the coarse of the month. I want to make it so that the team named tabs will take the data from the main sheet, and fill the team named tabs with the data for only the members of that team.

In time I hope to add a second column to include life-time total.
