    Auto Save

The earlier versions of Excel allowed for the either auto or prompt to save a file.
The version I have now does not allow for that rather it does so to an obscure file which I can never find.
Apart from Manually saving is this Auto Feature available, am I missing it?

    regards

    Barry

    Hi Barry,

What version of Excel? I'm using 2003, take a look at Tools > Options > Save, under Settings, change the save location to your desired location.
