What function to use to search a table?

I am creating a mobile tariff checker (tool to find a cheapest mobile phone tariff with the most features).

I have a table like below

Tariff Name Tariff Name Tariff Name etc
Network
Contract Length
Minutes
Texts
Data

I need to search the table for all the options, i have a entry worksheet like below

Enter Minutes
Enter Texts
Enter Data
Enter Network
Enter Price

I would like the user to be able to input the above items to get a list of suitable tariffs and what they offer.

What function(s) would in need to use? Any help is must appreciated.
