in cell D5:D15 enter the values 10 to 20 in increments of 1. what should i do with that? whats increments?

If you just want the numbers 10 through 20 in D5 to D15, do this:
1. In D5 type 10
2. In D6 type 11
3. Select D5 and D6 together. Click the lower right corner of this selection (called the Fill Handle) and drag downward to row 15, then let go of the mouse button.
