Embedding index function in sumproduct

    Here is a mockup spreadsheet of what I'm trying to do. Its comlpex but to me it seems like it should be doable on excel

    that worked on the mockup ill see if i can get it to work on the real thing. Thanks so much this has been almost two days of work trying to get this.
