    Try adding another condition to avoid blanks or 0's

    =MIN(IF(Sheet1!J2:J1300="MICHELLE",IF(Sheet1!I2:I1300>0,Sheet1!I2:I1300)))

    You are confirming the formula with CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER keys, right?

    If so, and still doesn't work, then try:

    =MIN(IF(Sheet1!J2:J1300="MICHELLE",IF(Sheet1!I2:I1300<>"",Shet1!I2:I1300)))
