INDEX sheet of all the files and folders in a drive.

I am looking to have a dynamic INDEX sheet which contains all the information of any file / folder in a drive.

Lets say i have a :C/
C driv where i have 4 folders and each folder has two files.

then the index sheet should show me the path as a hyperlink (clickable) . when it was created and the person wheo created the file.

On very important thing is to have something it dynamic .
i.e. If i create new folders and files it should reflect the names and also if i change the location or delete it should provide the path or the day when it was deleted.
