How to remove duplicate entries?

I generate very lengthy keyword lists for search engine marketing and at times I will get duplicate entires for keywords. How do I have excel detect them and delete them automatically?

I did not understand what you meant by fill down the duplicated formula?

Could you please be more specific in the steps you mentioned. I'm having troubles understanding the terminology as I am new to it.
