    Compare Columns

    Help, my mind has went blank! - I"ve done this before but can't remember how?

    I need to compare two columns and highlight or show the differences somehow... workbook with example attached.

    Thanks that'll do fine - I was sure I did it before with conditional formatting, but have tried and just can't work it out...
