Time Clock

I've seen people create worksheets where a user can click a button and it will paste their username and time they punched in and when they click the punch out button it pastes the time they punched out and the total time they worked. This is exactly what i want to do but I'm not sure what this is called. Could someone help me find out what this process would be called so i can search for it and learn how it works?

I'm sorry about that. I've attached copies of what I have and what I would like it to look like. I've seen some of the code but I'm interested in learning what it all means and how it works.

The Book2.zip file is what i would like before it's cleaned up and the Rowe.zip file is how i would like the finished product to look for.

1) Took me a while to find what you were talking about. Would have been nice if you had included the reference.

2) How does what you want to do differ from the example file I put up on the post.
