How do I code a footer to print variable cell data on each printed page?

My boss does not like to use computer lists. I need to do a simple client printout but would like the footer on each printed page to show the first client name and the last client name on each printed page. Something like a simple telephone book.

Anderson - Cole - footer page 1
Cole - Demphsey - footer page 2
ERA - Farr - footer page 3

Of course, after I add a new client, the page printout will change & I want the footer to automatically change on the new printout.
