Adding to "Master Workbook"

I am building a workbook that does swimming pool bids. Through the course of a week, I add more pages from each bid. How do I add the new page and formulas to the Master workbook without the new page being linked to the current bid?

Let me clarify. I save each bid separately under the customer's name. Each bid is unique. The master template has about 400 yes or no questions. When I get to the end, the pool bid is produced. How can I add the unique feature of a bid to the master template without it being linked to the current bid?
