Smile printing off s/sheets - size problems!

    Hi Forum,

Please can you help me out on this one:

Created a document and used page break (moving page lines) in order to "squeeze" data into one page at a time.
Although the printout takes those page breaks into account, each page is printed out very small. Instead of using the normal margins, the s/sheet only appears on top left side of page using only 1/4 of the page.

Is there a command i could use to make the page "use" its space????

    Thanks in advance, Andreas.

Sometimes cells that appear to be empty actually have something like a space in them. When this happens, all cells to the left and above that cell will be included in the print area. Try selecting all empty columns to the right of your data and deleting them, then do the same with empty rows below your data. After you save the file, try Print Preview again.

If that does not fix the problem, try setting a print area that only includes the range of cells you want printed on the page.

If neither of these works, go to File, Page Setup, Scaling and fiddle with the Adjust to: (% of normal size) until you get your data to fit the way you want.

If you attach a sample of your workbook it will be easier to find a solution. Remember to remove/replace sensitive data before uploading the file. Look here if you need help with attachments:
