I would really appreciate some assistance

All, I enclose a spreadsheet where i need to work out an amount based on set percentages of a larger amount. As you will see from the document there is a customer cost (including VAT) and a payment split The Gross amount needs to be accurately showing the results of the payment split but shown excluding VAT. Any help would be extremely welcome.

I am not sure I understood the sheet perfectly
I have attached a file to show you what I think you could do.

I sorted L1 to m6 so they are alphabetically arranged and given each a unit price in pounds. next to this I have worked out how much they cost not including vat
In h49 to H51 have written the percentage you get at 80,63, or 90
In m21 I have looked up the unit price of what you have sold (ie wallpaper is 2.00) and multiplied it by the number of times it was paid for by credit card * the percentage you get/100, I've done this for each of the bill/paypal payments as well and then dragged the formulas down.
I've done the same using the price not including vat next to it.
