    Formula Worksheet

    Hi,
I have a set of worksheets that each have separate data in them, but they use the same formulas to calculate various other data. This workbook will be used as a template to look at data that is all a little different but which uses the same calculations and formulas.

In the template workbook, I want to create a worksheet with all the formulas that all the other worksheets are then linked to. I want to do this because if the formulas need to be changed (the ranges or threshold values may change depending on the data) I would love to be able to just change the first worksheet and all the other worksheets then use that formula as well (instead of copying the new formula through a bunch of worksheets).

For instance, I would like the first worksheet to have a formula that says =A1+A2+5, but I would like those A1 and A2 values to be taken from the data worksheet, not the worksheet with the equations. Then, if i need to change the formula to =A1+A2+3 instead, the formulas on all the worksheets will change automatically becuase they would be linked to that first worksheet's equations, but they would still use the data in their own "A" column, etc......

Is there a way to do this?
    thanks so much...

You can use the Group feature. Once you group two or more worksheets, any data you type into one worksheet will appear in the other.

With your workbook open, hold down the CTRL key while clicking the worksheets you want to group. You will notice that the tabs of any grouped worksheets turn white. Click on one of the grouped worksheets and enter in your data. The data will automatically be entered into all the other grouped worksheets as well.

Once you are finished you can ungroup the worksheets by right clicking any sheet name and selecting the ungroup option.
