matching cells from diferent worksheets

Hi,
I have a workbook that has 2 sheets A and B. Now, there is a column called "Age" (cell E7)which is common to both the sheets. So, when a user enters his age in Sheet A(in cell F7), it should get automatically update in the sheet B also. Im not sure which function to be used in Sheet B so that it can pick up values from F7 in the sheet A.
Could anyone help?

Easy way is just to set cell F7 in Sheet B to "=A!F7"
Where A = your Sheet A name. If there is a space in the name of your sheet you should type ='Sheet A'!F7
