You will, of course, need a little VBA code to help, if you 'Record New Macro' whilst setting up one sheet you can then adjust this and use it as the base of the macro required.

For the Week number, something like =WeenNum(Now(),1) should give you the current week number, but you will need the Analysis Toolpak installed to use that (Tools, Add-Ins, add Analysis Toolkit).
