Concatenate function:alphanumeric characters

in some cells the formula returns the correct combination of all the information in cell 1 and cell 2 and at other times i get only the last word from cell 2 and nothing else!!! what alphanumeric characters that appear in either cell might be causing the function to return only the last word?

Maybe using the "&" operator instead of concatenate funcyion will help
(f.i instead of =concantenate(a1,b1) try =a1&b1
