Create tabs using macro

Hi,
1. I have a worksheet that I want to create additional worksheets based on a specific field. Can this be done using a macro?

2. I would also like to send emails from addresses included in the main file when this happens, including the tab corresponding to the individual.

Any help would be appreciated.
