Sorting Names and Times

i have a spreadsheet with a list of people that work and on certain days only a few people work. is there a way i can sort through the people that work and put their times in order from who comes in the earliest on a different sheet. also, i have the dates posted above. is there a way i can get the list to change if i change the date on the spreadsheet?

but ill type it out:

Sheet1

Name.....In......Out
ABC......8:00....2:00
DEF...... ...... ..
GHI.......6:00....2:00


Sheet 2
this is where i want to put the people that work that day in order of the times that they come in. and if they dont work. leave them off

So: in column A i want their names, Column B i want the times they come in (starting from the earliest) and column C i want their Out times
