Counting unique occurences with criteria

I am trying to count the number of unique items in one column when specific criteria are met for multiple columns. Using the attached file as an example: I want to know how many unique, Rev A drawings were reviewed by Joe between the dates 4/1/07 and 4/7/07. My actual data is unsorted with over 2000 rows and 20 columns.
