Percentage Formula Unknown. Plz Help!!!

Good day...

I just like help with a formula thats abit unknown.
I will attached a sample of how i'd like the formula to work. I just don't get it to work that way.
E.g. A1*0.4% for an percentage, but I don't want the answer in the formulas cell I want it under another cell. C1,2 Has the formula for both 2% and 4%
B1 Has the Amount
B3 Should have The answer
Each time I click on 2% the answer for the formula should appear in the appropriate cell, the same for 4%.
