Hyperlink to a Looked up Reference...

I would like to create a Hyperlink that will go from a specific place on worksheet number 1 to a specific place on worksheet number 2.

The column on worksheet #1 contains a 6 digit value (customer number). I would like to hyperlink the 6 digit value in this column to the customer area on worksheet 2. Customer on worksheet 2 is in row1.

When I click on the customer in worksheet 1, do an HLOOKUP? in row 1 on worksheet 2 until you find the customer number and then determine that column and make the reference be column1? Is that possible?

ex... worksheet 1 has 123456 - I click on 123456 and it moves me to worksheet 2, row 1, AD (the location of 123456) on worksheet 2.
