Im trying to create a work schedule and im running into some problems maybe some of you can help solve.
I want to be able to insert a number, say 1 and have it translate to a specific time on another sheet. Now the problem im having is, i want the number 1 to be one time, the number 2 to be a different time and so on. If there is no number there, then i want to be able to format so that a slash runs thru the cell.

I suggest that you use a VLOOKUP function on the second sheet with a table which links the numbers to the times somewhere else in your workbook. Combining this with an IF function should give you what you want.
