    Removing Punctuation

Hi there im probably clutching at straws but is there a way off copy and pasting something in to excel then getting excel to remove the full stops commas e.t.c automatically as im using a program that uses commas to function so it will get confused, but i have to copy 300 addresses into it!

    thanks

Yes it's possible, but can you provide some samples of your data?

    Hi,
After you have pasted the info you could select th range and hit Ctrl H

    for find replace

if you enter , to find and leave the replace blank
xl will replace the , with blanks

use your macro recorder so it would work automatically.....
