Is there a way to get around the limited number of characters that can be entered in the 'Source' field when trying to create a Validation List for a cell? I am about 30 characters short for the function I am trying to enter.
Thanks

Prehaps make your list on a seperate sheet and then hide the sheet with the list

My list is already coming from another workbook. What I need to enter in the 'Source' field is an 'IF' statement that changes what is shown in the drop down list depending on what is entered in the previous cell. My problem is the 'Source' field doesn't allow enough characters for what I need.
Thanks
Prehaps this will help
