Thumbs down Maximum number of records in autofilter drowpdown

    Hi,

I have a rather large worksheet with excerpts from a database table whereby each row is a record. There are 16606 rows (records). I have put an autofilter at the top row but something seems to be wrong. the column I am trying to filter by has unique values for every record so 16606 values. the dropdown seems to be cutting off a lot of these records and I cannot see them.

Does anybody know if there is a maximum number of values that can be included in the list one of these autofilter drop downs?

Is there any way around this?

This may not be the answer to your question, but if there are any blanks, this can cause the autofilter to apparently miss records.
