Transfer data from sheet1 to sheet2 and sheet3

Given below is the sample of my data in sheet1.

status city state
buy parsippany nj
sell morristown nj
sell newyork ny
buy chicago il
buy detroit mi
sell tampa fl
buy keywest fl
sell dallas tx

I want to transfer the data to sheet2 and sheet3 based on the status buy or sell. How can I copy the data to sheet2 and sheet3?
