lookup "Contains"

I am trying to find a if formula that solves the following:

Cell has TORAH JAPANESE RESTAURANT in it. I want the fomula in the next cell to look for the word JAPANESE and retun a value of "YES" if the cell contains the word "Japanese" and Blank if it does not.

If anyone can help Thanks
