Selecting only cells with text values in CAPS

Is there any way to select only cells with text values written in capital letters? I have attached an example - I need to separate the cells with CAPS because I want to turn the rows into columns (Direccion, Poblacion, Telefono, etc as column headings). I'm not really sure what to do so any help would be much appreciated. What needs to happen is the different Museum details be listed in rows under the headings Direccion (address), Town (Poblacion) etc.

This is my worksheet. I need to sort it the other way (rows as columns) but the cells with caps need to stay as rows and obviously I don't want to duplicate cells with the same value (that are duplicated in the current format). It's currently like an address book format, but I need to sort it into a database format if that makes any sense.
