select my criteria

I am a bit lost here - I thought I had the right idea but I didnt

well please see the attached spreadsheet on what I have done so far.

what I am trying to do is basically base on criteria give me back a criteria, but it needs to go through some check points. I am stuck on one part where if the prior cell contains 2 datas I need the current cell to have that backup data

for example you will see Wiltel and Wiltel B on one of the tabs - if A1 says Wiltel it should bring a Wiltel criteria, since A1=Wiltel A2 needs to equal Wiltel B and its criteria
