time:DAYS or NIGHTS

I have a cell (A1) displaying the current time eg. 02:02:08. I would like to use that data in another cell (B1) and display either DAYS or NIGHTS depending on the current time. 0700-1900 would be DAYS, 1900-0700 would be NIGHTS.

In B1:

=IF(AND(HOUR(A1)>=7,HOUR(A1)<19),"DAYS","NIGHTS")
