insert row and keep format and formulas but no data

Is it possible to insert a row and keep all formats and formulas?

You can insert a blank row then copy a row that has the formatting & formulas you require and use pastespecial formats & formulas

Thank you for the response. That works except it copies and pastes the text also. Any other ways?
