Help! Divisible by 75 Function?

Can anyone help me with this one?

I need to know whether a number is divisible by 75 or not.

Does anyone know how to do it?

I can't find a function that can do this kind of problem.

If that's not possible, I need to know whether a number is a whole number or not.

I'm out of my wits here, I can't find it in Excel Help.
