Modifying a downloaded cell automatically

I download public data base information which has numerous columns. These downloads are done on a daily basis but modifications need to be made for all cells. For example the downloaded cell reads Owners Name: John Smith however the cell or an associated cell needs to read John Smith. What I need is to be able to change the downloaded info. The change is then uploaded into a form.

S what I need is a formula to modify the cells contents. I am sure the change would have to be done by moving the info in one cell into a seperate cell with the change.
