COUNTIF with Date formula

Thanks, but I also tried that variation. Still getting zero results when I'm starring at 3 occurances on the sheet.

In this case, you have a date format problem somewhere ...or in D3

Do you mind uploading a zipped copy of your worksheet ...?

I'm trying to list the number of occurances of D3 in the range & results in D6 & the same for E3&E6 etc....

In cell A1, replace now() by today() ...

as I told you the date formats can be tricky ... now() shows both today() and the exact time ... which prevents any matches ...
