More Help needed again

Hi,
Is it possible to set the size of a worksheet so the area defined is all you see.
What I'm trying to do is set up a page that all the user sees is the area defined. Would it also be possible to put a picture in this area as a background. I can get a picture as background but it fills the whole worksheet instead of just a set area

Yes, you can hide columns and rows outside of your defined area ...

Yes, you can insert picture from main menu ...
