Display a text in a cell

    Hi,

I want to display a part of a text in a cell. That is, if I have the following text:

You have to reboot the system after install the program.

When I typed it in a cell the text is displayed in more than a cell, but I only want to display the part that covers one cell and the rest display it above. But I don't want to increase the size of the cell.

    In the example would be:

You have to r That is what you see without modyfing the cell. And above to see all the text.

Is it possible to do it? If so, how?

    Thanks.

Yes, it works. But it's not what I want exactly. What I want is to be able to introduce text and display only the text can be in the cell without modifying the size of it.

Is it possible to do it?

    Thanks.

No. I put you have to reboot the system after install the program in A1 and I see the same as in the cell. And what I want is to see the whole sentence in A1 but only you have to rin the cell.

Is it possible to do it?

I hope it is clear now.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

If you put something in B1, it'll stop the overlap.

You can use an apostrophe ('), a spacebar ( ).

But I like to use a formula:

    =""

It's easier to notice and weird enough to remind me why I did it.
