Logical Function for three criteria?

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to get excel to code some data for me in the following way, and can't seem to figure it out. . .

If the value in the cell in question is
<-10, assign a 0
between -10 and 10, assign a 1
>10, assign a 2

So far I have only succeeded getting a true/false with the IF function, which only leaves me two choices.

I can conditionally format the data for these ranges, but that still leaves me a lot of manual coding.

Any suggestions?
