using TRUE FALSE chk boxes to determine a cell value

Hi i hope someone can help:

I have made a check box to show TRUE/FALSE at say cell I3 and the value at C3 is set at 10.

Now I need to get C40 to show the value of C3 IF I3 is TRUE.

How do i do that? and which cell do i set this formula.

    Many thanks!
    Ted
