i need help with my assignment

develop a spreadsheet that will manage invoices of clients in a wholesale company. Take the name of the client, the category (commercial, educational...), the number of the invoice in question, the date of the invoice, the due date of the payment, and the real date of the payment. let the clients get different discounts according to their category and the payment before the due dates. put this in an if and drag it to every client (around 50).


this is the assignment! i didn't know how to do the dicount things... i tried had but it's not woring :S

i need somebody's help in this assignment!

Hi,

Regarding your clients, just create a reference table with the criteria needed, you will then retrieve the information on case-by-case thanks to a Vlookup() function ...

Thanx for ur help man but the vlookup didn't work with me ... please can you do some example about how to solve this freakin assignment and i will continue ... and attach it? i would be thankfullll!
