    if a1=64
    b1=4
    c1=a1^(1/b1)

    Or you use tools goalseek

    either in cell A1 put 4^a2 and in a2 put a staring value

    Set cell a1 to value 64 by changing a2


    or put 64^(1/a2) in cell a1 and a starting value in a2

    then set it to equal the value 4 by changing a2
