Inserting A word automaticly to a cell contents

Hi erverybody,

I have the following Cell Format which inserts the word "Mr." automaticly after filling the cell .. it is working properly when I fill the cell with numbers .. but when the cell is filled with letters .. it is not working at all.

Can you please help me in this case to make it working with both numbers and letters.
