    Absolute & Relative Cells

    Greetings,

I'll try to explain the whole process of what I am trying to do then go back to the issue. I have a spreadsheet that I need to make one page into multiple prenamed pages. I found a macro to do that. When those pages are created, I need to have specific cells reference a cell on another page. Then I need to save all of the sheets off into individual workbooks. I have found a macro to do that as well.

The problem comes in with getting one cell (D16) in the new worksheets, ie Apple, Orange, Grapes, to be equal to H2,H3, H4 on Sheet1 (Sheet 1 is also where the names for each sheet are generated. Any one know how to make is so when each new work sheet is created (Apple, Orange, Grape) cell D16 will be equal to the value in H2 for the Apple sheet, then D16 will be equal to the value of H3 for the Orange sheet, and so on.

    Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

    Thanks,

    Mandy

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include BEFORE/AFTER sheets if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.
