What do you consider as a "page"?

A printed page or a worksheet?

If you mean worksheets, right-click on the first sheet tab and "select all
    sheets"

Set up the custom header for the active sheet and will be done to all.

DO NOT FORGET to right-click and "Ungroup sheets" when done the setup.

If page means printed pages from one worksheet, just place the header on that
    sheet.

All pages will have the header.
