First you need install the data analysis add-in:
Menu: Tools>Add-Ins, make sure the checkbox for "Data analysis tookpak" is
checked.
Then use data analysis:
Menu: Tools>Data Annalysis> ANOVA

The ANOVA section of Excel 2003's Offline Help topic "About statistical
analysis tools" shows how to arrange the data on the worksheet.
