Rows to Columns

Hi, Need help converting data on a spreadsheet which is layout across a row,
for example, I have Sunday thru Saturday by employee, but I need to upload to
an access table by date. so can I convert data from rows to colums and then
import that data to access?

Copy the data.

Select another area on the sheet that does not overlap the original data

Then: Edit | PasteSpecial | Transpose

Delete the original data
