Certificate of Deposit calculator

I am trying to figure out how to write a Excel spreadsheet for different
types of CD's.
I need it to show Initial deposit, length of CD (by months), Interest rate
(compounded monthly, quarterly, etc), APY and the ending balance or future
value.
Does anyone know where I can get a template that will do this or where can I
find the formulas?
