Formula to return an answer using a calculation

I need a formula that if a number in a cell is greater to or equal to a
number in a seperate cell it calculates the difference. This is for
over/under calculation. If the cash that is suppose to be there is greater
than the actual cash counted it's a shortage, if the cash that is suppose to
be there is less than the actual cash counted it is an overage. The formula
need to return a negative or positive or Zero number. It can be in one or
    two seperate formulas. Thank you.

    95 - 85 = 10

    85 - 95 = -10

    95 - 95 = 0
