Hi,
I'm trying to combine several worksheets with text info keying off of a
unique id column.
Example:
One worksheet is Cust ID, Name, Address, etc
Another is Name, Lead Eng, Backup Eng
Another is ID, Number of Calls, Avg Call Time
Another is ID, # of Onsite Visits, Avg Onsite Time, Avg Onsite Bill
We want the final One Sheet To Rule Them All to have Cust ID, Name, Address
(etc), Lead Eng, Backup Eng, Number of Calls, Avg Call Time, # of Onsite
Visits, Avg Onsite Time, Avg Onsite Bill.
The ID field is guaranteed to be unique, however a given ID is not
guaranteed to appear in any worksheet (for instance, some customers had no
onsite visits and thus were not in the onsite sheet.) otherwise I would just
sort on ID and copy paste.
I tried working with the Consolidate function, but it doesn't seem to want
to work with text data.
Any help you can give will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
